When you use JustJapa, we collect the information you provide in the profile form: name, email, age, profession, education, experience, savings range, current country, migration goals, and any additional details you share. We also collect your IP address for rate limiting purposes.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your profile data is sent to JustJapa AI engine to generate a personalized migration report. Your email is used by our payment processor (Paystack) to send payment receipts. We store your profile and report in our database to link payments to reports and provide download access.

3. Data Retention

We retain your profile and report data for as long as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

4. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. API keys and secrets are stored server-side only and never exposed to the browser. Database access is restricted to our application backend using service role keys.

5. Your Rights

6. Cookies

JustJapa does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. No analytics scripts are loaded. The Paystack payment widget may set functional cookies required for payment processing.

• Anthropic — processes your profile to generate migration advice
• Paystack — processes payments and sends receipts to your email
• Supabase — stores your profile, report, and payment records
• Vercel — hosts the application
